هذه شروط استخدام تطبيق قراءات وهذا الموقع. الجهة المشغلة: قراءات (التطبيق)، ويشار إليها هنا بـ«نحن». باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

تطبيق مجاني يقدم كما هو

التطبيق مجاني بالكامل، بلا إعلانات ولا شراء داخل التطبيق ولا حساب. ويقدم «كما هو» دون ضمانات من أي نوع. نجتهد في أن يكون نص المصحف والقراءات وبيانها صحيحا، ونراجع كل بلاغ عن خطأ ونصلحه، لكننا لا نضمن خلو التطبيق من الأخطاء أو عمله دون انقطاع. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي ضرر ينشأ عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذر استخدامه.

المحتوى ومصادره

كل فرق بين الروايات وبيانه منقول من كتب مطبوعة في القراءات، والكتب ومؤلفها مذكورون في التطبيق في «الإعدادات» ثم «حول التطبيق». ولكل محتوى من غيرنا ترخيصه الخاص، ويبقى لأصحابه:

  • خط المصحف وبيانات النص: مجمع الملك فهد لطباعة المصحف الشريف بالمدينة المنورة، بموجب ترخيصه للمستخدم النهائي.
  • ملف الخط عن طريق مؤسسة القرآن (Quran Foundation). نص كلمات المصحف: Quran.com. بيانات تخطيط الصفحات والأسطر والكلمات مقدمة من QUL. ملفات تخطيط الصفحات: zonetecde/mushaf-layout.
  • التلاوات: EveryAyah.com وmp3quran.net وQuranicAudio.com وarchive.org.
  • مواقيت آيات تلاوة الشيخ عبد الرشيد صوفي: Quranic Universal Audio (QUD-Technologies)، رخصة CC BY 4.0، بعد تعديلها. ومواقيت كلمات تلاوات آية بآية: cpfair/quran-align (Collin Fair)، رخصة CC BY 4.0، بعد تعديلها.
  • الآيات المتشابهة وملاحظات ضبطها: الموسوعة القرآنية.
  • مصدر كل تفسير وترجمة وإصداره مذكوران في شاشة التفاسير والترجمات.
  • الخطوط: خط شهرزاد الجديد (Scheherazade New) وخط المدينة القديم من مشروع DigitalKhatt وخط الأميري (Amiri)، برخصة الخطوط المفتوحة OFL 1.1، وضبط عرض الأسطر للخط الرقمي: أمين عنانة (Amine Anane)، رخصة MIT.

وتراخيص البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر في التطبيق مذكورة في «حول التطبيق» ثم «تراخيص البرمجيات».

على iOS

إذا نزلت التطبيق من App Store فإن Apple Standard EULA (اتفاقية الترخيص القياسية للمستخدم النهائي من Apple) تسري عليه أيضا.

الخصوصية

لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات شخصية. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين كندا.

التغييرات

إن تغيرت هذه الشروط حدثنا هذه الصفحة وتاريخ سريانها.

These are the terms of use for the Qiraat app and this website. Operator: Qiraat (the app), "we" in these terms. By using the app you agree to them.

A free app, provided as is

The app is free, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no account. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the mushaf text, the readings and their explanations correct, and we check and fix every error reported to us, but we do not promise that the app is free of errors or that it will always work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage that comes from using the app or from not being able to use it.

The content and its sources

Every difference between the readings and its explanation is quoted from printed books on the qiraat; the books and their author are credited in the app under Settings, then About. Content from others keeps its own licence and belongs to its owners:

  • Muṣḥaf font and text data: King Fahd Glorious Qur'an Printing Complex in Madinah, used under its end-user licence.
  • Font file via Quran Foundation. Muṣḥaf word text: Quran.com. Page, line and word layout data provided by QUL. Page layout files: zonetecde/mushaf-layout.
  • Recitations: EveryAyah.com, mp3quran.net, QuranicAudio.com and archive.org.
  • Ayah timings for the Ṣūfī recitation: Quranic Universal Audio (QUD-Technologies), CC BY 4.0, modified. Word timings for ayah-by-ayah recitations: cpfair/quran-align (Collin Fair), CC BY 4.0, modified.
  • Similar verses and their memorisation notes: Quranpedia.
  • The source and edition of every tafsir and translation are listed on the Translations & tafsir screen.
  • Fonts: Scheherazade New (SIL Global), DigitalKhatt Old Madina (DigitalKhatt contributors) and Amiri (The Amiri Project Authors), SIL Open Font Licence 1.1; line justification for DigitalKhatt: Amine Anane, MIT licence.

The open-source software licences are listed in the app under About, then Software licences.

On iOS

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies.

Privacy

The app does not collect personal data. The details are in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date.
